Cookies and similar technologies
We use necessary cookies to run the site and, with your consent, analytics cookies. You can manage your choices at any time. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy.
Who we share data with
- Service providers (processors) who host the site, deliver email, and provide analytics, acting on our instructions under a data-processing agreement, including our website hosting and content-delivery (CDN) provider, our transactional email-delivery provider, and our web-analytics provider (such as Google Analytics).
- Measurement partners, including InsurAds, where attention-measurement technology is used. InsurAds acts as a processor on our behalf under a data-processing agreement, and may only process personal data on our documented instructions and for the purpose of providing attention-measurement services.

We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses (and, where relevant to UK transfers, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum). We require our processors to have equivalent safeguards in place before any such transfer takes place.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and application data for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for business and legal record-keeping, then delete or anonymise it. As a general rule, we retain this data for up to 24 months from the date of our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required to comply with a legal, accounting, or reporting obligation.
Your rights
Subject to conditions in the GDPR, you have the right to access your data; to rectify it; to erase it; to restrict or object to processing; to data portability; and, where processing is based on consent, to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. To exercise any right, contact hello@bluefieldsdigital.com.
